Challenges Faced by the Armenian Team
It is worth noting that the Armenian team missed two of the six stages of the 2026 World Cup championship, specifically in Baku and Antalya. In the case of Antalya, the team faced difficulties returning from Qatar, which prevented their participation. Furthermore, the World Cup stage scheduled for Doha was canceled due to the prevailing situation in the Middle East.
Despite these challenges, Avetisyan’s individual triumphs have brought immense pride and recognition to Armenian gymnastics.
