FlyDubai Dubai-Yerevan Flight Delayed Due to Bombings; Armenian Citizens Affected
YEREVAN, March 7 – /Novosti-Armenia/. A FlyDubai flight from Dubai to Yerevan has been delayed due to recent bombings, the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) reported today.
As of now, four citizens of the Republic of Armenia who were registered for the delayed flight have contacted the Armenian Consulate General in Dubai for assistance. The contact number for the Armenian Consulate General in Dubai is +971585670993.
The MFA is currently in contact with representatives of FlyDubai. The flight is now tentatively scheduled to depart at 3:00 PM local time. Passengers are advised to continuously monitor updates provided by the airline.
In response to the disruption, an alternative flight from Muscat to Yerevan is planned for March 8 at 9:30 PM. The Armenian Embassy in the UAE and the Armenian Consulate General in Dubai are organizing free transportation for Armenian citizens from the UAE to Muscat Airport for this flight.
