Two Infants Remain in Critical Condition Following Shirak Province Car Crash
Yerevan, April 12 – The condition of two young boys, aged one and three, remains extremely critical following a devastating car accident that occurred on April 10 in Shirak Province, Armenia. Both infants are currently in the intensive care unit with life-threatening injuries, as confirmed by Mariam Tsatryan, spokesperson for the Ministry of Health of Armenia, in an interview with Pastinfo.
The tragic incident took place near Aghin village in Shirak Province at approximately 11:50 AM on April 10. The collision involved a BMW and an Opel vehicle. According to the Rescue Service, the crash resulted in six fatalities.
Victims Transferred to Yerevan Medical Facilities
Immediately following the accident, the injured parties were transported to the Gyumri Medical Center for initial emergency care. After receiving necessary first aid, the three children involved in the crash were promptly transferred to specialized medical facilities in Yerevan via ambulance. This was confirmed by the Ministry of Health spokesperson in an earlier conversation with Pastinfo.
