Yerevan to Implement Digital GIS System for Air Quality Monitoring and Forecasting
Yerevan, January 27 – The capital city’s authorities are set to introduce a digital GIS (Geographic Information System) for air quality monitoring and forecasting, aiming to combat seasonal air pollution through modern technologies and preventive restrictions. This initiative was announced by Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan during a working meeting, highlighting the city services’ commitment to deploying new digital tools for air quality management.
