GYUMRI, Shirak Province – A 65-year-old woman, identified as Lena Ch., resident of Shirak Province, passed away suddenly in a ‘Viva’ supermarket located on Shchedrin Street in Gyumri. The incident occurred on February 23, with emergency services being alerted around 10:45 AM.
Details of the Incident
Upon arrival at the scene, paramedics transported the woman to the ‘Gyumri’ Medical Center with a preliminary diagnosis of ‘clinical death’. Initial reports from the Ministry of Internal Affairs’ Police Department of Mush stated that the identity of the approximately 60-year-old woman was unknown. However, subsequent investigations confirmed her identity as 65-year-old Lena Ch.
According to the official report, an external examination of the body revealed no signs of violence. The cause of death is currently undetermined, but preliminary findings suggest a sudden natural death.
Investigation Underway
Documents pertaining to the incident have been compiled by the Mush Police Department and subsequently transferred to the Shirak Regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia for further investigation.
