Yerevan, March 19 – An extraordinary incident occurred recently in Yerevan, where a gym director allegedly assaulted the husband of one of his coaches. The victim, 22-year-old Albert B., a resident of Yerevan, sought medical attention at the “Mikaelyan” Medical Center for injuries sustained during the altercation.

According to reports from Shamshyan, Albert B. was unable to provide a statement to medical personnel due to his condition. However, his wife, 22-year-old Silvi S., also a Yerevan resident, informed police that she had a salary dispute with the gym director, identified as Hayrik H., earlier that day.
The situation escalated when Albert B. intervened in the dispute. Later, around 9:30 PM, when Albert B. visited the gym for his regular workout, director Hayrik H. reportedly confronted him. Hayrik H. allegedly struck Albert B. in the face, knocking him to the ground and causing bodily harm to his jaw area.
Investigation Underway
Operative measures undertaken by law enforcement revealed that the alleged assailant, Hayrik H., is also a 22-year-old resident of Yerevan. The police are continuing their investigation into the incident to determine the full circumstances and appropriate legal action.
