Traffic Restrictions in Yerevan from May 3-5 for EPC Summit

Yerevan, April 19 – The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia has issued a warning regarding upcoming temporary traffic restrictions in the capital city of Yerevan. These measures are being implemented from May 3 to May 5, 2026, in connection with the organization of the 8th Summit of the European Political Community (EPC).

Temporary Road Closures Announced for EPC Summit

The Ministry’s Police Department informed the public that a number of road sections in Yerevan will be closed to traffic during the specified period. These closures are part of the protocol and organizational arrangements for the high-level international event.

The official statement from the Ministry of Internal Affairs reads: “Within the framework of organizing the 8th Summit of the European Political Community (EPC), temporary traffic restrictions are planned in Yerevan from May 3-5. Several road sections will be closed.”

Citizens are kindly requested to follow the instructions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Police and to understand the potential inconveniences caused by these temporary measures. The Ministry expressed gratitude for the public’s understanding and cooperation.
