Planned Gas Outages to Affect Yerevan and Regions from May 25-29

Yerevan, Armenia – Residents in several districts of Yerevan and various regions across Armenia are advised to prepare for planned gas supply interruptions scheduled from May 25 to May 29, 2026. These outages are necessary for routine maintenance work to ensure the continued reliability and safety of the gas distribution network.

Yerevan Districts to Experience Gas Outages

Several administrative districts within Yerevan will be affected by these planned works:

  • Nor Nork Administrative District: On May 26, from 09:00 to 20:00, gas supply will be suspended for consumers on Nor Nork 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 13th, 15th, and 17th streets, including the 1st and 2nd alleys of the 6th street and the 13th street-alley. Adjacent public organizations will also be affected.
  • Shengavit Administrative District: On May 26, from 10:00 to 18:00, gas supply will be cut off for consumers in the Noragavit 1st Street (partially), 13th, 14th streets, and private houses in the block enclosed by Nor Ughi Street. Public organizations in the vicinity will also experience disruptions.
  • Erebuni Administrative District: From May 26, 10:30, until May 27, 17:00, the Jrashan district will have its gas supply interrupted. This includes both residential and public organizations.
  • Kentron Administrative District:
    • From May 26, 09:30, until May 27, 19:00, gas supply will be suspended for consumers in the block enclosed by Kristapor, Tigran Mets, Zavaryan, and Sevan streets. Adjacent public organizations will also be affected.
    • On May 26, from 09:00 to 21:00, gas supply will be cut off for consumers in the block enclosed by K. Ulnetu, Babayan, Rubinyants, and D. Anhaght streets, as well as nearby public organizations.
  • Ajapnyak Administrative District: On May 27, from 12:00 to 18:00, gas supply will be suspended for multi-apartment buildings at 74, 76, 78/1 Aygedzor Street, adjacent private houses, and various public organizations.

Regional Outages Across Lori, Ararat, Shirak, and Tavush

In addition to Yerevan, several regions will also experience temporary gas supply interruptions:

  • Lori Region:
    • Tashir City: On May 26, from 09:00 to 20:00, gas supply will be halted in Latishakan and Arevayin districts, and on Yerevanian, Sevak, Baghramyan, Isahakyan, Charents, K. Demirchyan, V. Sargsyan, Getapnya, Shahumyan, Abovyan, Erebunu, Khanjyan, and M. Gorky streets.
    • Vanadzor City: On May 25, from 09:00 to 20:00, gas supply will be suspended on Raffu, Aghyusagortsneri, Mashtots, and Sankt-Peterburg (Leningradyan) streets, and in Lernapat settlement.
    • Shahumyan Settlement: On May 27, from 09:00 to 20:00, gas supply will be interrupted for consumers in Shahumyan settlement.
    • Spitak City: On May 29, from 09:00 to 19:00, gas supply will be suspended in Muratsan district, Shirak highway, and Mets Kari Glukh district and 13th Street of Shnogh settlement.
  • Ararat Region:
    • Norashen Settlement: On May 26, from 10:00 to 18:00, gas supply will be cut off for consumers in Norashen settlement and adjacent public organizations.
    • Vanashen, Lusarrat, Pokr Vedi Settlements: On May 26, from 10:00 to 18:00, gas supply will be suspended for consumers in these settlements.
    • Darakert Settlement: On May 25, from 10:00 to 18:00, gas supply will be interrupted for consumers in Darakert settlement and adjacent public organizations.
    • Ghukasavan Settlement: On May 27, from 10:00 to 18:00, gas supply will be suspended for consumers in Ghukasavan settlement and adjacent public organizations.
  • Tavush Region:
    • Dilijan City:
      • On May 25, from 11:00 to 17:30, gas supply will be suspended on Sayat-Nova Street (partially), Shahumyan, Gai, Hovsepyan, 1st streets, and Usanoghakan Street (partially), affecting both residential and public organizations.
      • On May 27, from 11:00 to 17:30, gas supply will be cut off for consumers at addresses 35 to 74 M. Gorky Street (former knitting factory district) and adjacent private houses.
      • On May 26, from 11:00 to 17:30, gas supply will be suspended at addresses 1 to 144 Kalinin Street, Kalinin 1st Lane, Ivanov, and addresses 2 to 12 Getapnya Street, and adjacent private houses.
  • Shirak Region:
    • Gyumri City: On May 26, from 10:00 to 16:00, gas supply will be interrupted from Sayat-Nova Street to Shirakatsi Street, and on Rustaveli, Abovyan, Hakobyan, Ghorghanyan, Jivanu, Shirazi, Cherazi, Varpetats, Furmanov, and Gai streets, affecting both residential and public organizations.

Gas consumers in the mentioned areas are advised to take necessary precautions during these periods. The gas supply company apologizes for any inconvenience caused and assures that the work is essential for maintaining a safe and efficient gas network.
