Armenia’s Top 1000 Taxpayers Contribute Over 1.1 Trillion Drams to State Budget

YEREVAN, July 27 – Armenia’s 1000 largest taxpayers transferred more than 1.109 trillion drams in tax and customs payments to the state budget in the first half of 2026. This represents an increase of approximately 12.6% compared to the same period in 2025, according to the State Revenue Committee of Armenia.

Significant Increase in Tax and Customs Revenues

According to the presented data, the tax authority collected 939.96 billion drams, which is about 14.7% more than a year ago. The customs authority collected 169.94 billion drams, exceeding the indicator for the first half of 2025 by approximately 2%.

Leading Contributors to the State Budget

The top ten largest taxpayers include:

  • Zangezur Copper-Molybdenum Combine – 41.61 billion drams
  • “Mobile Centre Art” – 38.16 billion drams
  • Ardshinbank – 33.60 billion drams
  • “Gazprom Armenia” – 31.50 billion drams
  • “Grand Tobacco” – 28.95 billion drams
  • Ameriabank – 22.15 billion drams
  • Digitain – 17.91 billion drams
  • Soft Construct – 17.49 billion drams
  • “Caucasian Electric Transmission Network” – 15.71 billion drams
  • “Imex” – 13.92 billion drams

These entities have played a crucial role in bolstering the state budget, reflecting robust economic activity and effective tax collection mechanisms within the country. The significant growth in contributions from these major taxpayers highlights the positive trajectory of Armenia’s economic landscape in the first half of 2026.

The consistent increase in tax revenues underscores the stability and growth of key industries, particularly in mining, telecommunications, banking, energy, and tobacco sectors. The State Revenue Committee continues to monitor and ensure compliance, contributing to the overall financial health of the nation.
