Evocabank and Green Rock Launch New Headquarters Project in Yerevan
Yerevan, July 30 – Evocabank and Green Rock Management Group have officially signed a cooperation memorandum, marking the commencement of the project for Evocabank’s new headquarters. The signing ceremony took place today, symbolizing a new phase of development for the bank.
The new Evocabank headquarters will be constructed at Demirtchyan Street 14 in Yerevan. This strategic move aims to bring all bank employees together into a single, modern working environment that adheres to international standards. The project’s implementation has been entrusted to the renowned international architectural bureau MVRDV.
A New Milestone for Evocabank and Yerevan’s Urban Development
Karen Yeghiazaryan, Chairman of the Board of Evocabank, emphasized the significance of this day for the bank. “Today is a symbolic day for the bank. We are celebrating a new phase of the bank’s development. The bank’s new headquarters will be a center meeting international standards, which, I am confident, will set a new benchmark in Yerevan’s urban development culture. This new center will become a new symbol for the bank, and this moment has special meaning, as today we have gathered near the bank’s current headquarters, which has been operating for about 35 years. We have a long journey ahead with our partner Green Rock Management Group, and I am convinced that the result will exceed expectations,” said Yeghiazaryan.
Katerina Danekina, Executive Director of Green Rock Management Group, echoed these sentiments, highlighting the collaborative spirit of the project. “Today is an important day for both Evocabank and Green Rock. We are celebrating the official launch of Evocabank’s new headquarters project in Yerevan. With the signing of this memorandum of cooperation, we begin the next phase of the project, which is based on strong partnership, effective cooperation, meticulous planning, and shared values.
