Working Group Addresses Road Construction Issues in Gyumri
Gyumri, September 26 – A working group, established at the initiative of Shirak Province Governor Davit Arushanyan, has begun its activities in areas of Gyumri where road construction is currently underway or being prepared. This was reported by the Governor’s Office.
The working group comprises representatives from the Shirak Provincial Administration, the Gyumri Municipality, and the ‘Ghars’ branch of ‘HETC’ CJSC in Shirak Province. These members have already visited several streets in the city to study on-site the problems that have arisen and continue to exist in cooperation with ‘HETC’ CJSC during the implementation of road construction works.
Immediate Solutions and Future Coordination
Issues requiring urgent resolution will be considered and addressed immediately. Other problems will be inventoried, priorities for their resolution will be established, and a schedule for the implementation of corresponding works will be drawn up.
At this stage, priority is given to the fastest possible resolution of existing problems. Concurrently, before the launch of new projects, it is planned to ensure proper and timely coordination of necessary works to prevent the occurrence of such problems in the future, minimize shortcomings, and ensure the unhindered implementation of road construction programs.
This initiative underscores a commitment to improving infrastructure development in Gyumri, aiming for efficiency and seamless execution of projects vital for the city’s growth and development. The collaborative effort between provincial and municipal authorities, along with the utility company, is expected to streamline processes and enhance the quality of road infrastructure across the city.
