Yerevan, May 7 – A 19-year-old driver involved in a highly publicized incident where he crashed his Mercedes into a bus on Myasnikyan Avenue has been identified, arrested, and transferred to pre-investigation authorities. “On May 6, officers from the Avan Department of the Community Police identified, arrested, and presented the 19-year-old driver to the pre-investigation body,” the police statement said.
