According to the information received by the police at approximately 22:25 on September 4, a citizen sought medical assistance at “Medical Unit No. 2” with a diagnosis of “contusion of the outer part of the right ankle-foot joint” following an assault in Lovers’ Park. An operational group from the Arabkir Police Department, led by a senior community police officer, was dispatched to the hospital.
Upon arrival, it was confirmed that the injured individual was Sergey P., a 40-year-old Russian citizen. Sergey P. informed the police that during an argument over household matters in Lovers’ Park, 28-year-old Mesrop S., a resident of Vayots Dzor Province, repeatedly kicked his right leg, causing physical pain.
