Planned Gas Outage in Gyumri and Yerevan Due to Maintenance
Yerevan, July 7th – “Gazprom Armenia” has announced scheduled gas supply interruptions in specific areas of Gyumri and Yerevan on July 7th for planned maintenance work. The company has appealed for the understanding of gas consumers and urged them to comply with safety requirements during the outage.
Areas Affected in Gyumri
From 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, gas supply will be suspended in the eastern section of M. Khorenatsi Street in Gyumri, Shirak Province, specifically from V. Sargsyan Street to M. Avetisyan Street. This also includes the 1st and 2nd districts of V. Sargsyan Street and the adjacent areas of Savoyan Street, affecting both residential consumers and public organizations of various purposes.
Areas Affected in Yerevan
In Yerevan, two distinct areas within the Kentron administrative district will experience gas cut-offs:
- From 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, the neighborhood enclosed by Khorenatsi Street, Tigran Mets Avenue, Khorenatsi 2nd Lane, and Kristapor Street will have its gas supply interrupted. This affects both residential consumers and various public organizations in the vicinity.
- Also from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, the neighborhood enclosed by Mashtots Avenue, Pap King Street, Saryan Street, and Byuzand Street will experience a gas outage, impacting residential consumers and adjacent public organizations.
Impact of the Interruptions
The planned works aim to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the gas supply network. While these interruptions are temporary, they are crucial for maintaining the infrastructure. Residents in the affected areas are advised to make necessary preparations for the duration of the gas cut-off.
