Planned Gas Supply Interruption in Kanaker-Zeytun District
Yerevan, September 23 – Gas supply will be temporarily suspended in certain areas of the Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district in Yerevan. The interruption is scheduled to last for 32 hours, commencing on September 23 at 10:00 AM and concluding on September 24 at 6:00 PM.
Affected Areas and Duration
The planned shutdown is necessary to carry out essential maintenance work. The following locations will be affected:
- Lepsius Street, building numbers 14 to 41
- Lepsius 5th Street, building 8/4
- Adjacent private houses
- Nearby public organizations of various purposes
The announcement was made by “Gazprom Armenia,” the gas supply company responsible for the region.
“Gazprom Armenia” Apologizes for Inconvenience
“Gazprom Armenia” has issued an apology to its gas consumers for any inconvenience this temporary interruption may cause. The company also urged residents in the affected areas to adhere to safety regulations during the period of gas supply suspension.
This measure is part of routine maintenance designed to ensure the reliability and safety of the gas supply network in the long term. While temporary disruptions can be inconvenient, they are crucial for preventing more significant issues in the future.
