He also revealed plans to renovate and dedicate Moscow Park, located in the heart of Yerevan, to the city as part of the anniversary celebrations. The opening concert at the Khachaturian Rooftop was attended by approximately 700 spectators. The Armenian National Philharmonic Orchestra, led by Maestro Eduard Topchyan, presented the “Yerevan Gala” concert program, featuring beloved Armenian performers.
Norayr Nazaryan, Director of the Armenian National Philharmonic Orchestra and the Aram Khachaturian Concert Hall, expressed his enthusiasm for the new venue. “We are on the most beautiful rooftop in Yerevan. I believe that when Alexander Tamanyan designed the building, he thought that this area would be fully utilized over time,” Nazaryan remarked.
