Multi Wellness Sues Yerevan Municipality Over Land Development Contract Termination
Yerevan, August 6 – “Multi Wellness,” a company owned by BHK leader Gagik Tsarukyan, has filed a lawsuit against the Yerevan Municipality. The company is seeking to invalidate the municipality’s decision to unilaterally terminate a land development contract, according to information obtained from the “DataLex” system.
Details of the Lawsuit
The lawsuit specifically requests two key actions from the court:
- To declare invalid the Yerevan Mayor’s notification dated June 8, 2026, referenced as No. 01/74745-26, which expressed the municipality’s intention to withdraw from (terminate) Contract No. 1439. This contract, concerning the right to develop a land plot, was signed on October 10, 2016, between the Yerevan community and “Multi Group” Concern LLC.
- To apply the consequences of invalidity by annulling the state registrations made by the Cadastre Committee of the Republic of Armenia on July 14, 2026. These registrations pertain to the termination of the construction right of “Multi Wellness” Center LLC and the registration of ownership rights for the Yerevan community regarding the immovable property located at 11 Alex Manoogian Street (current address: 22 Khanjyan Street, Yerevan, cadastral code: 01-006-0131-0003). The lawsuit further demands the restoration of the state registration of the construction right for “Multi Wellness” Center LLC.
The case has been assigned to Judge Arshak Petrosyan of the Yerevan Civil Court, who will preside over the proceedings.
