This relocation, effective yesterday, May 12, 2026, marks a significant upgrade from its previous address at Rustaveli 63/1, aiming to provide enhanced services and a more comfortable environment for its clientele.

Improved Client Experience and Expanded Facilities

The new branch at Maxim Gorky 58 offers a considerably larger and more comfortable hall, designed to accommodate clients more efficiently. This move reflects Evocabank’s commitment to improving customer satisfaction by providing modern and accessible banking facilities.

Bank employees at the new location will continue to offer a full range of banking services, including the opening and issuance of Evoca cards, execution of bank transfers, provision of loans, and other essential financial operations. The expanded space is expected to reduce waiting times and streamline the overall service process for customers.

Convenient Self-Service Options Available

To further enhance convenience and save clients’ time, the new branch is equipped with state-of-the-art self-service terminals. These include an ATM, a payment terminal, and a currency exchange terminal, allowing customers to perform various transactions independently and at their own pace.

The “Gyumri” branch will operate from Monday to Friday, from 09:30 to 17:00, maintaining its regular business hours to ensure consistent access to banking services for the local community.
