YEREVAN, August 1 – A 45-year-old Ukrainian citizen was arrested yesterday evening in Yerevan on charges of public indecency. The incident occurred on July 31, at approximately 6:30 PM, on Tigran Mets Avenue.

The Central Department of the Community Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia received a report that a man, believed to be under the influence of alcohol, was lying on a bench near 12 Tigran Mets Avenue with his pants fully down, displaying open disrespect for society.
Police officers from the Central Department, following immediate measures, identified the individual as 45-year-old Volodymyr Pidkuiko, a citizen of Ukraine. He was apprehended on reasonable suspicion of committing hooliganism and transferred to a detention facility.
