Yerevan, August 1 – Arman Piroyan, the Director of the “Multi Wellness” complex, has informed Sputnik Armenia that “Multi Wellness” LLC has not been liquidated. He also stated that there is currently no official decision regarding the reopening of the complex.

Director Awaits Investigator’s Decision

Piroyan emphasized his lack of knowledge regarding Mayor Avinyan’s statements. “I am not aware of any of the mayor’s statements; they do whatever they want. My ‘Multi Wellness’ LLC has not been liquidated, and they have opened something new. I still don’t have any document or decision from the investigator that we can go and open the doors,” Piroyan said.

He further noted that he is awaiting a decision from the investigator. The director also mentioned that he has no information on whether the complex’s employees have returned to work.

Mayor Avinyan’s Earlier Announcement

Earlier, Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan had published a video message announcing that the former “Multi Wellness” club had reopened on July 31 under a new name. Avinyan had stated that the complex would henceforth operate under a new format.

Background of the Situation

The situation surrounding “Multi Wellness” appears to be complex, with conflicting information from different parties. The mayor’s announcement of a reopening under a new name suggests a change in management or ownership, while the director’s statement indicates that the original company has not been formally dissolved. The involvement of an investigator further implies ongoing legal or administrative processes.

The lack of information regarding employee status also raises questions about the transition and the future of the staff previously employed at the complex. This discrepancy in information highlights a need for clarification from the relevant authorities and the parties involved.

The “Multi Wellness” complex has been a notable establishment in Yerevan, and its status and future are of interest to the public, particularly those who utilized its services and its employees.

Further developments are expected as the investigator’s decision is awaited, which may shed more light on the legal standing of “Multi Wellness” LLC and the newly opened complex.

The incident underscores the importance of clear communication and official procedures in matters concerning business operations and public announcements, especially when there are discrepancies between statements from different stakeholders.
