Details of the Contracts and Contractors
One of the contracts was signed with “Mag Motors” LLC, and the other with “Avtotech Plus” LLC. Notably, “Mag Motors” LLC is participating in state procurement procedures for the first time, making it a new contractor in the public procurement sector. This means the company immediately received 30 million AMD from Yerevan Bus CJSC.
The other contractor, “Avtotech Plus” LLC, has a history with Yerevan Bus CJSC, having signed a total of four contracts with the company. This latest 30 million AMD deal marks its second major transaction with Yerevan Bus, following its largest contract in 2023, which was worth 200 million AMD.
Scope of Renovation Works
The contracts cover the external and internal finishing and renovation of Zhongtong, Higer, and Gazelle City brand buses. Specifically, the services include bus treatment, sanding, painting, and polishing, as well as windshield installation, wheel rim disassembly, sanding, painting, balancing, and reassembly. Additionally, the renovation of bus seats is also part of the planned works.
