Man Registered at ‘Kosh’ Penitentiary Facility Arrested for Hooliganism at ‘Heratsi’ High School in Yerevan
Yerevan, August 20 – A 48-year-old man, identified as Armen H., registered at the ‘Kosh’ Penitentiary Facility of the Ministry of Justice of Armenia, was arrested yesterday evening for hooliganism at ‘Heratsi’ High School in Yerevan. The incident, which occurred on August 8, involved the man entering the school, displaying inadequate behavior, and using sexually explicit language.
The police received a report that a citizen had entered the ‘Heratsi’ High School located at 3 Hrachya Nersisyan Street, exhibiting non-adequate behavior, using obscene language, and refusing to leave despite being asked. An operational group from the Kanaker-Zeytun police department, led by a community police officer, immediately responded to the scene.

Upon arrival, it was established that around 12:10 PM, Armen H., who is registered with the ‘Kosh’ Penitentiary Facility, had entered the school premises. At the time of the incident, two teachers, a military instructor, and three individuals performing renovation work were present in the school. According to reports, Armen H. continuously used sexually explicit language.
