Fast Bank Introduces New Investment Loan for Overseas Real Estate

Yerevan, July 23, 2026 – Fast Bank has announced the launch of a new investment loan product designed for Armenian resident individuals looking to acquire real estate outside of Armenia. This offering provides a flexible tool for clients to invest internationally and generate additional income.

The bank is offering loan amounts ranging from 16 to 150 million Armenian Drams (AMD) and 50,000 to 350,000 US Dollars (USD). This new loan type allows individuals to diversify their investments beyond the borders of Armenia.

Flexible Terms and Competitive Interest Rates

Fast Bank has implemented a flexible framework for obtaining these investment loans. Clients whose loan applications are accompanied by income justification can secure loans at an annual nominal interest rate of 13.5% for AMD loans and 10.5% for USD loans. The annual effective interest rate for AMD loans will range from 14.37% to 17.69%, while for USD loans, it will be between 10.47% and 12.27%.

For loans without income justification, the annual nominal interest rate is set at 15% for AMD and 12% for USD. The corresponding annual effective interest rates will be 16.08% to 18.24% for AMD loans and 12.68% to 14.54% for USD loans.

The investment loan for acquiring overseas real estate is available for a term of 36 to 240 months.

Key Conditions and Purpose of the Loan

It is important to note that the acquired real estate is intended solely for generating income and cannot serve as a primary residence. Only Armenian resident individuals are eligible to apply for this investment loan.

Fast Bank, which aims to become a digital bank, has a presence in Yerevan and all regions of Armenia. The bank is regulated by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.
