Yerevan, May 19 – Fast Bank has officially partnered with the Armenian Grappling Federation as its general sponsor. This collaboration is seen as a significant incentive for Armenian athletes ahead of the European Grappling, Pankration, and Amateur MMA Championship.

The European Championship, officially sanctioned by UWW (United World Wrestling), will be hosted in Armenia for the first time from May 24 to May 31. The Armenian national team will participate with its full squad across various age categories, including Under 15, Under 17, Under 20, and adult tournaments.
Armenian Grappling Federation’s Achievements and Growth
Sargis Bazinyan, President of the Armenian Grappling Federation, expressed his gratitude for the partnership. “We appreciate our partners, represented by Fast Bank, who are by our side and make this championship possible. And, of course, I would like to note that for the first time in the history of Armenia, we are hosting the European Championship simultaneously in different disciplines: grappling, pankration, and amateur mixed martial arts,” Bazinyan said.
The Armenian Grappling Federation, established in 2020, has already seen its representatives win 72 medals in World and European Championships, showcasing the nation’s strong potential in these sports.
