Yerevan City Hall Imposes Stricter Rules for New Complex Constructions
Yerevan, September 9 – Yerevan City Hall has introduced more stringent regulations concerning the construction of new complexes, as announced by Mayor Tigran Avinyan. The move is part of an effort to enhance urban planning and ensure more controlled development within the Armenian capital.

We have set stricter rules regarding new complex constructions,” Avinyan noted.
He further revealed that the areas of land designated for development have been reduced, and numerous other restrictions of this nature have been put in place.
